Cancel a job

https://api.controlup.com/daas-iq/v1/jobs/{jobId}/cancel

Requests cancellation of a background job. The job will stop at the next safe checkpoint.
Regular users can only cancel jobs they initiated. Admins can cancel any job in their organization.
