Returns the pool's own configuration: name and description, session limit, load balancing, start VM on connect,
validation environment, custom RDP properties, and agent update schedule.
Reflects what the last inventory sync observed in Azure, so a recent update may not appear yet.
Settings are reported as Azure holds them: one that was never configured is absent, while one that was
cleared comes back empty, since clearing empties a property rather than removing it.
