List App Catalog Deploy Groups

Returns a page of the organization's App Catalog Deploy Groups, for the Add group picker (with name search)
and for resolving assigned group IDs to display names (via the ids filter).
App Catalog is called with the caller's own DEX credential, so its permissions apply rather than the service's.

Query Params

Case-insensitive search on the Deploy Group name.

Restricts results to these Deploy Group IDs (up to 100), e.g. to resolve assigned IDs to names.
PageSize must be at least the number of IDs, so one page always holds every match.

The page number to retrieve (1-based). Default: 1.
