Stores which App Catalog Deploy Groups this Master Image resolves apps from during publish (the bake step,
which installs apps onto a temporary Builder VM clone before sysprep — never onto the Master VM itself).
A full replacement, not a patch — omitted IDs are cleared, so send the complete list every time.
