Get job logs transcript

https://api.controlup.com/daas-iq/v1/jobs/{jobId}/logs/transcript

Returns the same log entries as a streamed plain-text document for reading or download (no cursor, so no incremental tailing).
Success is text/plain; validation, not-found, and forbidden responses are application/json like other Jobs endpoints.
