Get tenants

https://api.controlup.com/daas-iq/v1/cloud/tenants

Returns the cloud provider tenants in the organization — Azure AD, AWS Organizations, GCP Organizations —
optionally narrowed to one provider, each with its default credential masked.
Configuration only: no health, verification results, or the subscriptions beneath each tenant.
