Get credentials status

https://api.controlup.com/daas-iq/v1/cloud/tenants/{tenantId}/credentials/status

Returns detailed status (health, cooldown, usage metrics) for all credentials in a tenant.
This includes real-time operational data about credential health and rate limiting.
