DEPRECATED: Use POST /api/v1/cloud/tenants/{tenantId}/credentials/{credentialId}/verify to verify tenant credentials instead.
Verifies cloud provider credentials and permissions synchronously. Check the IsSuccess field to determine if credentials are valid.
